Finders Keepers?
I found a treasure …
But never laid my claim on it …
Another found it,
And laid their claim on it…
Finders are keepers they say.
Should I be glad that the treasure was found
And is rightfully valued?
Or should I claim “my” treasure?
For real love is like hidden treasures,
Discovered only by the valiant …
But elusive to the lily –livered.
